This is where you will find the Champs-Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Louvre, the Marais, and Palais Garnier, just to name a few. The Right Bank (Rive Droite) refers to the area of Paris that is north of the Seine River. The main sites in Paris are clustered on either side of this river. The city center of Paris is bisected by the Seine River. This is very important if it is your first visit to Paris.
